Ram Charan's profile Ram Charan is a highly sought after business advisor, educator, and author. He has worked for many years with some of the world's most successful CEOs, including Jack Welch of GE and Edgar Woolard of Dupont.

Ram is known for his practical, real world insights. He started his business career as a teenager working in the family shoe shop in India, went on to earn an engineering degree, and then MBA and doctorate degrees from Harvard Business School. He's written articles for the Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Time, Information Week, Leader to Leader, Director's Monthly, Directorship and The Corporate Board.

Ram is an expert in strategy and execution. He helps global companies achieve profitable growth. He teaches how to use Social Software to improve decision-making, conflict resolution, and productivity.
