President of the JORDAN EVANS GROUP, is an author, public speaker, workplace consultant and executive coach.
Prior to starting her own consulting firm in 1996, Sharon served as Senior Vice President and Consulting Partner for the world's leading Transition Management Consulting firm. During her nine years there, Sharon led their Career and Change Management efforts in the Southwestern United States and Latin America.
Sharon's specialties include public speaking, writing, executive coaching, and leadership development. She has consulted with both large and small organizations representing such diverse industries as health care, high technology, financial services, entertainment, computers, and insurance. International experience includes work in Switzerland, Australia, the U.K. and Mexico.
Representative client companies include: PacifiCare, McKesson, Ethel M. Sharon has a Masters Degree in Organization Development (Psychology) with an emphasis on group dynamics, change management, and job satisfaction research. She is a Professional Certified Coach and a member of the Los Angeles and National Organization Development Networks, International Coach Federation and Human Resources Planning Society. Sharon also serves as a prominent speaker for numerous conferences and has served as a resource for a number of national media, including Business 2.0, Chief Executive, CIO, Harvard Management Update, Working Woman, Investor Business Daily, Business Week and the LA Times. |
