Larry Senn is the co-author of three books: 21st Century Leadership: Dialogues with 100 Top Leaders; Leadership, Teambuilding, and Culture Change—A Guide to Organizational and Personal Effectiveness; and The Secret of a Winning Culture—Building High-Performance Teams.
Dr. Senn functions as a leadership coach for the leaders of dozens of organizations including Fortune 1000 companies, Governors of States, Heads of other Major Consulting Firms, Research Labs, Members of the President’s Cabinet, and Deans of Business Schools. Larry also served as a member of the team that designed the first White House Quality/Service Summit.
Larry is Chairman of Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, Inc., a firm that specializes in working with CEOs, Presidents and senior teams on broad based leadership initiatives, including senior management teambuilding, shaping corporate culture through winning shared values, and change management to support key initiatives including quality, reengineering, restructuring, empowerment, and diversity.
He received a B.S. in Engineering and an M.B.A., Management, University of California, Los Angeles. He earned a Doctorate in Management, Organizational Behavior at the University of Southern California. A pioneer in the field of corporate culture, Senn’s doctoral dissertation was the first field study of corporate culture in America.
On faculty at both USC and UCLA prior to founding Senn-Delaney Leadership, Senn currently is a guest lecturer in the USC Executive M.B.A. Program. He also appeared with Robert Reich, U.S. Secretary of Labor, and the CEOs of Bell Atlantic and 3M on a PBS special entitled Innovating to Compete, and the American Business Journal show produced for CBS entitled, The Changing Game. Larry was a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in Southern California in 1997.
