Jonathan Ezor's profile Director of Legal Affairs for Mimeo.com, the new standard in the way important business documents are produced through the convenience of the Internet, and was formerly a corporate and internet business law attorney with the Long Island firm of Farrell Fritz. Mr. Ezor is a noted expert on computer and Internet business who has been involved in the area since the beginning of the commercial Internet. For the last several years he has given presentations on Internet risks and opportunities all over the United States, including Internet World shows in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, PLI and other legal seminars, and Sun's JavaOne Expo in San Francisco.

Author of "CLICKING THROUGH: A Survival Guide for Bringing Your Company Online" (Bloomberg Press 1999) and coauthor of "Producing Web Hits" (IDG Books 1997), Mr. Ezor has been a regular columnist on legal issues for BusinessWeek Online and the @NY electronic weekly and has written on Internet and computer legal topics for Advertising Age (which named him a "Web Warrior" in 1995), the New York New Media Association, the New York Law Journal, and Infoworld. A graduate of Yale Law School, Mr. Ezor has been interviewed on Internet and business by the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, FOX Business News, Newsday, the Long Island Business News, and many trade publications.
