Peter Reed has lead responsibility in Bannock’s Public Sector Group for projects in the Middle East and Southern Asia, and those involving Conflict-Resolution and Post-Conflict projects.
He has significant experience of project leadership and direction of high value change programmes in developing and transitional countries, principally in the field of public service reform where he has advised governments at the highest levels in 10 countries.
His specialist subjects are strategic planning, integrated performance management systems, leadership and senior management competence development. He has 11 years defence sector experience, several years Central & Eastern European experience and has also spent 7 months in India and 2 years in East Africa. He speaks 5 languages and has a degree in Russian.
