Duncan overcame dramatic personal tragedies and major career set backs including a near death experience, the financial collapse of his company and an automobile accident that sent his entire family to the trauma center. It was over a decade ago that Todd seemed to have it all -- a prestigious banking career, significant wealth and engaged to be married. However, he had developed a devastating drug habit and it was during this time that Todd began to realize his life was a long way from his values and original goals. Then, two things happened, his fiancée (now wife) postponed their wedding until Todd would free himself of his drug addiction and Todd had an incident with his health. One day while jogging, he felt as though he was having a heart attack. Todd returned home scared, only to find out that basketball star Len Bias had just died of a drug overdose. The threat to dying and not being with the woman that he loved caused Duncan to rid his life of addiction and gain the resolve to create a new plan for his life.

With the help of his mentors, Duncan learned how to re-identify his own values and create a roadmap toward a balanced, generous and successful life. He founded The Duncan Group, an international, personal development company located in Atlanta, GA. Since Todd's first book, The Power To Be Your Best, he has published Closing The Gap: Over Forty Ways to Get From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be, Wealth Strategies - 9 & 1/2 Steps to Achieving Physical, Financial, and Spiritual Abundance, Life By Design, and national best seller High Trust Selling.
