Item was as described I hate writing reviews but appreciate when comsumers spend time to let other consumers get product feedback. The book I bought from amazon came exactly as described. Literally was almost new. Shipping cost way more than the book, but makes sense considering how little the product cost. Overall I am happy with the book condition and my purchase.
Excellent learning material for any age or group Ihis is a great CD to listen to. There are a lot of information on running ater business. I cited this for my Phd diserttion and joined one of his business managment groups at Organizational Behavior Management with ABI. This CD is great! Excellent Nutshell review - If you are in a management position and want to understand how to motivate people then this is a really insightful and useful book. Bringing out the Best in People I found this book to offer not only good tools to use but it's a good book to reference when needed. Quick to go over, with keeping to simple and factual format. It's of great use for any level of management. Science of positive reinforcement Aubrey Daniels offers an insightful look at the behavioral school of management, and its key tools: positive, and negative reinforcement. The book covers how to link rewards to behaviors you want to reinforce, when to deliver them, and how to design systems to support them. While not without its flaws, the book is well written and offers plenty of practical advice - if you're an aspiring manager, or a seasoned veteran, 'Bringing Out the Best in People' is a solid investment of your time.
