Radical Leap is a book whose time has come I loved this book. Radical, extreme, open-heart, driven by principles, not approval. It is time for people to create a new conversation about leadership and what it takes. I have used this book in my Leadership Workshops to inspire people about living live with an open heart and love. I recommend it to anyone. Fun to read. Interesting material, And it tells a lesson in a format that is easily accessible and very enrolling.

a business perspective Anything you wanna know about leadership responsibilities and looking at things from a successful business point of view is perfectly laid out right here in the Radical Leap: A Personal Lesson in Extreme Leadership. Some people say the advice given in this book is on the fictional side, but I'm not entirely sure about that. It *seems* exceptionally helpful and realistic, so perhaps it's not fair to claim this book is not true.
Great concepts, crap story... Hooray...another acronym based leadership book!
Concepts: Trust, Integrity, love your job, set incredibly high goals and get creative, stand up for what is right, be audacious.
The Book: Contrived, silly plot, bad dialogue, ridiculous one dimensional characters, see-thru epiphanies and a completely unnecessary and unhelpful background mystery plot twist thingy. Oh did I mention the ridiculous characters?
Pass on this one...and all the rest of the series.
Radical LEAPers I bought this book for my Leadership Team and it has been a huge hit. I read it over the Christmas break and implemented the OS!M example in the book. It was a great experience for me and for my Leadership Team. Now we are meeting every week over lunch to review and discuss the key passages / quotes from the book and I have seen a difference in me and my Leadership Team.
Great, life changing ideas! I read this book when I was in college, sort of on a challenge. And finished it twice during the summer. Took a lot of notes, reshaped my how I was running my life and meetings. Very interesting book!
