100 Ways to Motivate Others is the culmination of many years of successful leadership coaching and training by best-selling author Steve Chandler and attorney Scott Richardson, and the natural follow-up to Steve's two previous best-sellers-100 Ways to Motivate Yourself and Reinventing Yourself. Chandler and Richardson have crafted a vital, user-friendly, inspirational guide for executives, managers, and professionals...and those aspiring to reach their level. Breakthrough concepts, such as "Don't manage people, manage agreements," abound in this book of short takes for the time-challenged leader. 100 Ways to Motivate Others draws on the success of live workshops, seminars, and personal coaching programs on communications and leadership. These seminars, done for such organizations as Banner Health, General Dynamics, Scripps Hospital, Wells Fargo Banks, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and M&I Banks, appeal to managers, teachers, parents, CEOs, and coaches everywhere.

Book could use some order or classification So, we have a list of 100 ways. Ways are more that ideas, they should bring together different parts of our motivation knowledge.
These 100 ideas, don't seem to be in any particular order, and are therefore impossible to remember. (Unless we take the trouble to order them.) One order could be: ideas related to the communication process, related to vision, related to relation...
There is no expression of relative importance of these ways / ideas.
In short: messy and might be worth rewritting
Ideas / ways are reasonable, so 2 stars.
100 Ways to Motivate Others is Insanely Good Motivation for Managers Steve Chandler has written another gem with 100 Ways to Motivate Others: How Great Leaders Can Produce Insane Results Without Driving People Crazy. Filled with practical solutions to everyday scenarios this book has inspired me to be a better manager and pursue my Masters Degree in Management. Chandler doesn't mince words - he tells it like it is and every manager will find a bit of themselves in the scenarios and stories. He gets it right by telling you up front that reading the book won't change your work life, but choosing to act on the ideas will. I was able to pick up ideas that I could use the next day in my work. It's so good I purchased the audio version for my boss!
Read 100 Ways to Motivate Others to get practical noteworthy tips! Loved this quick read with so many powerful and motivating tips! Learn how to, or improve your leadership skills while enjoying this fun informative read.
100 Ways to Motivate Others I listen to the CD first and was so impressed I bought the book so I could review
all the ways to keep motivated. This is well worth the purchase.
Very easy read! There are plenty of reviews talking about Steve's content- I'm going to talk about his structure. Steve Chandler writes in a way that makes the strategies simple to digest. He has a gift for taking complicated ideas and explaining them with an easy to remember story. The ideas are fresh, offering bright new perspectives. This is a book you'll never give away!
