Master of Psychology
I hate to say this, but I was one of those people that saw the infomercial on Tony Robbins and felt that my life needed to change. Now I didn't buy the infomercial product, but I read Tony Robbins book and I am practicing some of the guidelines that he is giving in this book. I am a college graduate that worked as a bus driver at one time. My career in what I majored in was going nowhere and I worked as a bus driver in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Let's just say that I caved into the "dark side" of schizophrenia. I am now a graduate student studying something else and have had pretty good grades in my first semester. This book will accentuate the positive in your life.
WHAT THIS BOOK WILL NOT DO - It will not make you into something that you're not. It won't make you rich or anything like that. However, it will make you tune into things that you want to change in yourself for the better.
 unlimited power nonsense
This book didn't help with anything. If I was committed enough then maybe it would. It's got evidence of feeling better through proper breathing but that's pretty much it. Everything else is hogwash. Try thinking of something undesirable in your head and picture it, then make it smaller until you can barely see it. Then make those desirable thoughts bigger and you'll be okay somehow. What a waste this book was. I was not influenced by it. I was influenced to buy it and that was a mistake.

excellent self-improvement book
This is an excellent book for those interested in NLP and self-improvement. The information on modeling has been very helpful and allowed me to increase my income, time off, and work/life balance in ways that nothing else has. This book will absolutely help you build a "new you" from the ground up, if you allow it to.
I wish all of Tony's stuff was this good. Not that it's bad, but it's hard to followup something like this one! :) If you're new to Tony Robbins, start here.

This is the first Tony Robbins book I've read and I just borrowed it from the library. It's one I'm going to buy because it's so valuable.
As an NLP trainer myself, I found this book explains NLP and its various techniques in one of the best ways I've ever had the pleasure to read. Tony Robbins also manages to take NLP and think outside the box with it. He uses it in ways that have opened my eyes and I'm really enjoying putting into practice!
