Excellent I love this book! It offers suggestions that other books don't and it helps you to enhance your interviewing skills with examples of how to answer and why the interviewer is asking the questions as well as how to negotiate your salary which is very helpful. If you are looking for a book to help you with interviews, then get this one. Great Interview Questions with Answers This book has a comprehensive list of any question you can think of on any topic. I have gained more confidence interviewing because I know that whomever I interview with from Hiring Managers to HR to Executive Directors to Unit Managers, I am prepared with intelligent answers that do not sound contrived. I am getting me called back for second interviews. So I am making the cut. Very good answers, even not just variants but the way to construct the ones more matching one's objectives; very helpful book! I have not had a chance to read entire book but bought the book because a friend loaned me her copy and I enjoyed it so decided to get my own copy for reference.
